Fees and ways to work together

A cooperation model built around your actual needs

Every client has a different purchasing rhythm, number of suppliers, cargo profile and coordination need. ChainRay defines the right arrangement from the real scope and confirms our service fee, third-party costs and each party's responsibilities before execution begins.

Three ways to work together

Start with one project and find the right long-term model

New clients can begin with one complete engagement. As ordering frequency and business rhythm become stable, they can move to project-based or monthly cooperation.

First engagement01

First-project support

Fixed service fee

For clients working with ChainRay for the first time. Within the agreed period and scope, we coordinate suppliers, purchase payment, consolidation, documents and transport arrangements.

A good fit when you
  • Want to experience the service first
  • Do not yet know the long-term workload
  • Want a lower barrier for the first engagement
The exact scope and fixed fee are confirmed before work begins.
Flexible cooperation02

Project-based cooperation

One price per project, confirmed first

For irregular orders or purchases that differ significantly each time. ChainRay provides a fixed project quote based on supplier count, delivery batches, project duration and actual coordination scope.

A good fit when you
  • Buy from China occasionally
  • Have materially different projects
  • Do not need ongoing monthly support
Long-term cooperation03

Monthly cooperation

Fixed monthly fee

For clients with stable purchasing and ongoing monthly orders. Once we understand the real workload, we prepare a monthly plan that includes the agreed day-to-day coordination without reconfirming a service fee for every order.

A good fit when you
  • Purchase every month
  • Work with several suppliers over time
  • Need stable China-side coordination
  • Want a clearer, more controllable budget
The monthly plan is reviewed against actual workload. Special projects clearly outside the agreed scope are confirmed separately in advance.

Start with one engagement; use project pricing for irregular orders; move to a fixed monthly fee when the operation becomes stable.

How fees are determined

Based on actual work—not simply on cargo value

01

Service scope

Payment or transport only, or continuous follow-up across the entire order.

02

Suppliers and delivery batches

How many suppliers must be coordinated and whether production and warehouse entry are split.

03

Cargo and operations

Special cargo, inspection, packing, labeling or complex documentation.

04

Frequency and duration

A one-time order or continuous, long-term coordination.

ChainRay's fee reflects the coordination and management work actually required; it does not simply rise with the value of the goods.

Purchase payment coordination

When you only need to complete a purchase payment

If you have already confirmed the Chinese supplier, product, amount and purchase order, you can directly choose our purchase payment coordination service.

  • Review the PI, order and supplier details
  • Verify beneficiary, amount and currency
  • Confirm payment method and related costs
  • Coordinate the purchase payment
  • Confirm receipt with the supplier

Actual third-party costs

Third-party costs are itemized separately

These amounts are charged by banks, warehouses, inspection bodies, carriers or destination service providers and are not part of ChainRay's service fee.

01

Payment and banking

Bank fees, payment-channel charges, settlement and currency conversion.

02

China-side operations

Pickup, domestic transport, warehouse intake, storage, counting, labeling and packing.

03

Inspection and documents

Third-party inspection, testing, certificates and formal issuing fees.

04

International transport

Express, air, sea, special routes, insurance and related surcharges.

05

Destination costs

Customs clearance, import taxes, destination storage and local delivery in Mexico.

Not every project incurs every cost above. Any chargeable operation is explained and approved before it is carried out.

Frequently asked questions

Fees and cooperation

Why is there no single public price for end-to-end service?

Projects differ substantially in supplier count, delivery batches, cargo characteristics and coordination scope. One price may be unfair to a simple project or fail to cover the workload of a complex one. ChainRay provides a fixed project quote or monthly plan based on the actual need.

Does a first engagement require a long-term contract?

No. You can begin with one project, experience our service and then decide whether to continue per project or choose a monthly plan.

Does the monthly fee include every cost?

It includes day-to-day coordination within the agreed scope. Supplier payments, banking, inspection, storage, packing, international transport, insurance, taxes and other actual third-party costs are not included.

Can the service fee increase during a project?

We do not increase the fee when the confirmed scope remains unchanged. If suppliers, payment count, special operations or project requirements change materially, we explain the impact and obtain approval before proceeding.
